a. Tejaswani Herbs & Herbal Products strives to provide high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
b. Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the return is due to our error.
c. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
d. In case of Cash on Delivery Orders (COD) we will initiate a refund within 7 Days if your order is eligible for it after we have received the amount from the delivery partner.
e. Any issue of return or exchange has to be communicated to us and a return schedule will only be set up after discussing with the customer and the delivery partner.
f. The time for the process from our end will be the earliest if found eligible. We however due to unforeseen circumstance cannot guarantee a particular deadline, the following information will be conveyed to you via your registered email address/mobile no.
