c. In case, the product has been picked/shipped, you will not be able to cancel individual product or complete pickup/shipment. Cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective products which are part of shipment, if the shipment is out for delivery or in transit stage.

a. Tejaswani Herbs & Herbal Products strives to provide high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.

b. Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the return is due to our error.

c. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges shall be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
